Intercity Supply & Bag Co. LLC began as Racine Paper Inc., which was founded in 1972. At it’s inception, the Company was a manufacturer of poly bags and a distributor of industrial packaging, paper products and supplies.

On January 1, 1992, Racine Paper, Inc. was acquired by Kranz, Inc., which was founded in 1850. Kranz is a distributor of paper products, industrial packaging and cleaning supplies and equipment. Kranz created a separate company to continue independent operations of the Company under the new name of Wisconsin Quality Bag LLC.

On July 1, 2003, the Company began an exciting new chapter in its over thirty-year history when Jacquelyn Dyess purchased majority ownership interest. Jacquelyn Dyess is an accountant by profession and has been in the business of paper and cleaning supply distribution for many years. Today, Intercity Supply & Bag Co. LLC is a Minority Business Enterprise that is a full service distributor of industrial packaging supplies and equipment, cleaning supplies and equipment and paper products.

Through the Company’s affiliation with Kranz, Inc., and thereby with Network Services Company, Intercity has distribution capabilities throughout the United States.
