Freight Charges
Orders that are less than $250.00 within
Intercity's service area are subject to a $24.00 delivery charge; orders that
are less than $250.00 scheduled for delivery outside of Intercity's service
area are subject to applicable freight charges from the delivery service.
Minimum Order
Intercity's minimum order is $100.00. An
$8.50 small order handling charge will be added to orders not meeting this minimum,
in addition to freight.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without
notice. Inquire at time of order for current pricing or contact your Intercity
sales representative for written proposals.
Returned Merchandise
Merchandise may be returned to Intercity
by contacting us and requesting a Return Authorization Number. An Intercity
representative may pick up the product, unless otherwise specified. A restocking
charge may apply; merchandise must be in a saleable condition in original cartons
and full cases.
Special Orders
Intercity can order an item for you
that we do not stock; however, these items must be ordered in full cases and
meet manufacturer's minimum order quantities. Any returns are subject to a manufacturer's
restocking fee and freight. Unless an open account has been established, special
orders must be prepaid.
Backorders
Intercity "backorders" items not in stock
at the time an order is placed. Backorders will ship at a later date unless
othewise specified by the customer.
Terms
Our standard payment terms are Net 30 for customers with approved credit. Unless an open account has been
established, or the order has been prepaid, all orders will be shipped C.O.D.
cash or credit card. There will be a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks
and a 1.5% charge on past due invoices per month.
